We design and fabricate magnets for devices being inserted as special components of accelerators or other particle facilities according to the customer’s specification and needs. The scope of  insertion devices covers: 
 

  • Superconducting wavelength shifters in the range of 5T to 6T of maximum magnetic field and field integral over central region/central pole of up to 0.32 Tm and 0.70 Tm, resp.
  • Superconducting multipole wigglers up to 20 poles
  • Superconducting Mini-Gap Undulators (Cryogen-free!)
  • Multipole hybrid undulators, also IVU type

  • BESSY Wavelength Shifter, s.c., 6T
  • ESRF Wavelength Shifter, s.c., 5T
  • Mini-Gap Undulators for NUS, Singapore, and ANKA, Karlsruhe
  • Permanent Magnet based Undulators for DELTA, ENEA, Frascati, DESY, ALBA
